Communication with the B&B before and was excellent. They arranged for two single beds as requested and provided clear directions to reach the location. The room and bathroom were lovely and new, with large windows for fresh air. The water pressure was great, and the room had useful amenities like closets, a safe, and a small fridge. We received a tourist map and restaurant suggestions, very helpful. The B&B's location was ideal, close to major attractions and with a grocery store within walking distance.

It would have been nice to have complimentary waters provided daily, as the tap water was not drinkable.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a charming hotel in the heart of a vibrant city. The location couldn't have been better, right in the center with all the main attractions within minutes of walking distance. The staff at this hotel were exceptional, going above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and memorable. The rooms were modern and well-maintained, with attention to detail and basic amenities provided. I especially loved having a balcony to enjoy the views. The breakfast included in our stay was delicious and catered to different dietary needs, including vegan and gluten-free options.

All in all, everything exceeded my expectations during my stay.

The location of this budget-friendly B&B is absolutely perfect, placing you within walking distance of the city's top attractions and the vibrant restaurant district. With high ceilings, marble floors, and updated windows, the rooms are beautifully furnished and provide a comfortable stay. The bathrooms are spacious and equipped with modern fixtures and a shower. The friendly staff goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience, offering early check-in and special surprises for special occasions.

The duvet cover could have been thicker for added warmth.

Lovely spacious room, great location, modern bathroom, good coffee, groceries nearby, elevator. Center of it all, walk everywhere, convenient, AC works, supermarket and drugstore nearby, many restaurants. Clean, bright, comfortable bed, clean and large bathroom. Beautiful rooms, color changing lights, convenient location, friendly and helpful staff, loved by whole group.

I had the most amazing stay at this B&B. The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully furnished. The bed was comfortable with high-quality linens. The shower was a walk-in, rare to find in Italy, and it had plenty of room. The host was helpful and accommodating. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. There were plenty of restaurants in the area, and I was able to walk to many of the main attractions, including the famous Duomo.

Couldn't stay longer.

Perfect location, close to metro and Duomo. Comfy room, beautifully furnished with marble. Friendly owners, great hospitality. Convenient amenities, coffee machines, storage. Ideal location for exploring the city.

Can't fault anything about it.
